How ServaCall Works
ServaCall is a universal service call management program designed to make the process of creating, scheduling, and fulfilling service calls effortless and efficient. The chain between customer, contractor, and employee is all tied together within a single application designed to make a real time workflow work for all parties involved. Servacall works for three distinct groups. The Customer who schedules a service call to be made at their location The Contractor who assigns the job to any number of potential employees. The Worker who employee makes the actual service call schedules by the customer. |
Customer Schedule
Your Customer schedules a service appointment at their location using the ServaCall web interface.
Auto Scheduler
The software performs the calculation of service area radius and alerts service professionals about the appointment created.
Service & Delivery
The Service Professional can either accept or reject the appointment if they have the time or are within the service location at that time.
